The Card Arrives...Now What?

Now that your HCC OneCard has arrived, you have some exciting choices to make! Decide how to receive refund money owed to you and if you’d like to take advantage of free checking with the OneAccount, linked to your new HCC OneCard.

To get started, enter your 16 digit card number in the "Get Started Box" and follow the instructions to customize your OneAccount with your preferences. The process only takes a few minutes. And if you elect to take advantage of the OneAccount your card will be ready to use as soon as you’re finished!

When setting up your financial preferences, it is always a good idea to record or make a mental note of your password and/or PIN to allow for future use. If you elect to have refunds disbursed to the OneAccount and don’t anticipate a refund in the immediate future, you may want to make a deposit to your OneAccount so you can use your card right away.

Why do I have to enter the card number?

Your card number is how Higher One uniquely identifies you within our system.

What are my refund options?

You will be given choices in how you can receive any refund money owed to you from the College or University. Choosing an electronic refund method will be the fastest way to receive your refund money.
